Vehicle Crashes into a House on Western Road in Warren - April 10, 2017

Knox County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Scott Redmun responded to a crash on Western Road in Warren at approximately 4:20 p.m. on Monday. The report came into Knox Regional Communications Center as a car had hit a house. 

Deputy Redmun arrived on scene and spoke with the single occupant/operator of the vehicle, Bridget Artibani, 32, of Warren. Artibani was driving a 2009 Ford sedan. Artibani stated she believed that she lost the power steering in her car that caused her to go off the road and strike the house. Artibani sustained minor injuries to her face and was transported to Penobscot Bay Medical Center. No one inside the residence was injured.

Warren Fire and Rescue assisted at the scene. The crash is believed to be alcohol related.
